Dutchtown Invitational Marching Band Festival 2011The Dutchtown Invitational Marching Band Festival will be held on Saturday, October 15, 2011. Twenty bands from across Louisiana and other states are entered in this annual competition. If you want to see many of the premiere High School Bands in the South perform, come out and enjoy a great day of music, food and fun! Gates open at 9:30am with the first band performing at 11:00am.
Admission Prices: $5 - Adults; $3 - Children (6-12); Free - Children under 5, Military (in uniform), Senior Citizens
Directions to Dutchtown High School: From BATON ROUGE: Take I-10 East towards New Orleans. Take EXIT 173 and turn RIGHT at the bottom of the ramp. Dutchtown High School will be on your RIGHT approximately 1 mile down Highway 73. The stadium is in the back of the school and judges parking will be reserved in front of the stadium. From NEW ORLEANS: Take I-10 West towards Baton Rouge. Take EXIT 173 and turn LEFT at the bottom of the ramp. Dutchtown High School will be on your RIGHT approximately 1 mile down Highway 73. The stadium is in the back of the school and judges parking will be reserved in front of the stadium.
