Financial Info using Charms:

Charms - a web based management system for band programs.
Organizes student contact info, records fees, fund raisers, etc., allows access to blank band forms, records collection of forms if necessary.
Allows group news to be posted, emailing of financial statements, calendar listing band events and may more uses.
Allows parents to verify payments posted to student’s band account for fees, fund raisers, etc.
You can access Charms from any computer connected to the internet

At the web site, locate parent/student login section. Our school code is:

dutchtownhsband

On the student login page, the student’s ID is their last name and first initial of their first name (all lower case letters and no spaces). The only difference is if there are more than one student with the same last name and first initial. If this is the case, usually the ID will be the last name and the first 2 letters of the first name.

(The chaperone area will be set up in the same manner as a student account for all persons participating only when an extended band trip is planned.)

How you can help out with Charms:

Please update any missing information or make corrections under the student info area. I especially need parent’s email addresses in order to help me when contacting you or sending out band fee statements.
